Levi proposed to Bristol two weeks ago, but they hid the news from Sarah Palin. Now they hope to get her blessing. THEY HAD A BITTER BREAKUP, FOLLOWED BY SOME MAJOR PUBLIC BASHING…BUT NOW BRISTOL PALIN AND LEVI JOHNSTON ARE TYING THE KNOT! SARAH PALIN’S DAUGHTER AND HER PLAYGIRL POSIN’ BABY DADDY GOT ENGAGED TWO WEEKS AGO… BRISTOL AND LEVI PATCHED THINGS UP ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO WHEN THEY WERE WORKING OUT CUSTODY ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR 18-MONTH-OLD SON, TRIPP. LEVI TELLS US WEEKLY, “I really thought we were over. So when I went, I had no hope.” BRISTOL ADDS, “When he left that night, we didn’t hug or kiss, but I was thinking how different it was.
